Memorial weekend - 2011
We
had the absolute best time! The first day we stayed by the river and went swimming, cooked and just relaxed. Saturday
we went kayaking, experienced manatees by the bank of the river, took a walk down the dirt roads, cooked and spent the evening
talking on the deck. The manatees were so inquisitive and came back Sunday morning to check us out again. This
time swimming right up to the kayaks. We took a voyage across the river to the rope swing and spent some time on the
bank over there. Sunday we went to the Ichetucknee and rode the river (just from mid point this year) and visited the
Spring. It was sad leaving your piece of paradise on the Suwanee. We fell in love and will definitely be back.
My husband and I already starting planning a trip to come back with our sons. The whole weekend we talked about all
the things they would have enjoyed at the cabin and along the river. Next trip will be a family trip instead of an adults
weekend!

for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin.It was a wonderful 2 1/2 days,very soothing and relaxing.It may please you
to know that those two days have now become our number one favorite"getaway," and we are already planning a return visit.We've
been many places for a couple of days away,and The Suwannee River and your cabin now occupy our number one spot~! The cabin
is beautifully appointed,somehow having every convenience one may need,yet still retaining its' rustic charm.We canoed, swam
and fished,and also spent quite a bit of time just relaxing on the deck or down by the dock.We cannot wait to return.Thanks

Robin: Thanks again for letting us stay at your beautiful home. We had an
awesome time. Also I sat in a chair outside on the deck and it broke. If you have any idea how much it cost to
get you guys a new one I would be more than happy to send you a check for the amount. Overall we had an awesome time

to express to you how much we enjoyed the cabin and its surroundings. Suffice to say it was so far beyond my expectations
that I actually gasped when I walked in. Thank you for creating and providing such a beautiful, peaceful and welcoming place
and for sharing it with others. It had every provision we needed for a most memorable vacation. I assure you that we will

Robin....we truly had one of the best times of our entire lives. Your cabin
and the location were amazing! We instantly felt at home and could not have been more at peace. I work a high
stress job and this trip truly rejuvenated me. I cannot thank you enough for the experience. We are hoping to
come back as soon as possible. We spent many hours exploring the river in both directions and were mesmerized by
the beauty of the area. We travel often and this was one of our most memorable trips. Thank you for sharing your
secluded piece of paradise!

We had a wonderful time and the weather was perfect! The river was low but we were
still able to use the boat and we just pulled up on the beach and tied off to the dock at the end of the day. With the river
low there are more sandy beaches for the kids to play on and the springs are more accessible. We hope to make this an annual
trip - it's a great way to build family memories.

I wanted to let you know that we had a great time at Suwannee the cabin is beautiful
it is so peaceful we loved it! We tried to bbq but the burner is missing :-( other than that it was AWSOME!!!! We are
now planning our next trip up. It only took 5 hrs to get there(from Miami with no stops).

We LOVED the cabin and my Mom read the book on your back deck and was so taken by

We had a wonderful time. The wedding was beautiful and very special to both
of us. We had our ceremony on the back porch Saturday evening just before sunset. The weather was perfect.
There was also a squirrel that hung out with us all weekend on the back porch and was part of the wedding.
We loved the cabin and decided we want to return again soon and bring
the kids next time. The cabin is nicely appointed and very clean. We enjoyed a fire each night and watched
a movie. We ate at the restaurant you recommended Saturday night and it was delicious! It was a perfect follow
up to our wedding. Thank you for suggesting that.
We look forward to our next visit to your piece of paradise on the Suwannee.
